Cancellation policies- in the event of the cancellation of Tour Teacher Training due to any reason we must we notified of the same in writing. The cancellation charges will be affective from the time /date we receive your intimation/confirmation of services through TIFA/HYGEE cancellation fee as below applied to the land Tour Teacher Training packages and/or services.
- No services will be confirmed before 180 days.
- 180 days prior to arrival 10% of the Tour Class on advance payment.
- 180-120 days prior to arrival 15% of the Tour Class on advance payment.
- 120-60 days prior to arrival 20% of the Tour Class on advance payment.
- 60-30 days prior to arrival 40% of the Tour Class.
- 30- 7 days prior to arrival 75% of the Tour Class.
- 6 – 72 hours prior to arrival 90% of the Tour Class.
- Less than 72 hours or no show – no refund.
Refund: in regard to refund of unused/unutilized services ( which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basic of cancellation of the polices as described above and the money would be accordingly to the person who has made the payment with us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedure. If the refund made to the credit card account or to the bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
Age requirements: Anyone under the age of 18th is consider to be a minor. Miners must always be accompanied by another.
Details required for booking : You must provide the information requested along with the final payment or advised. If you fail to supply information required for air tickets, tours, permits, or other inclusions you will also be labile for any costs, fees or losses including feel your obtain or provide that inclusions.
In the even in that fail to supply information required reserves the right to treat your booking ( or the relevant component of your booking) as cancelled and levy any cancellation fees deemed reasonable by TIFA/ HYGEE, in it soul discretion. TIFA/ Hygee will not be hilled responsible for any fees you incur as a result of errors, omissions, inaccuracies, late, misplaced or otherwise incomplete information you have provided.
Airfare: Please consult the air carrier’s applicable term and condition and conditions of carriage for complete information including applicable terms.
TIFA/Hygee is not responsible for changes in air itineraries or flight times and does not provide advise or alerts regarding air travel tickets, flight status or delays.
Passports and Visas: Student are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper Tour Packadge documents and it is their responsibility to check all the required documentation and identification required for entry.
They MUST CHECK with their respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of travel. We are not responsible for any cancellation of Tour course due to visa/passport. It is Tour Packadge responsibility to check all the required documentation and identification required for entry,.
The Tour Packadge accept full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the Tour Teacher Training, and are solely responsible for the full amount of costs incurred as a result of missing or defective documentation. The Tour Packadge is responsible for the full amount of any loss or expense incurred by the Tour Course that is a direct result of their failure to secure or be in possession of proper travel documentation.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blocades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
Without limitation, Tifa/Haygee is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, diseases and dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Tifa/Haygee.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
Acceptance of Risk:
You acknowledge that the products and services offered by Tifa/Haygee may involve a significant amount of risk to your health and safety. By Tour course with the Tifa/Haygee you acknowledge that you have considered any potential risks to health and safety. You hereby assume responsibility for all such risks and release Tifa/Hygee from all claims and causes of action arising from any losses, damages or injuries or death resulting from risks inherent in travel, including visiting foreign destinations, and participating in adventurous activities such as those included in Tour itineraries or otherwise offered by Tifa/Hygee.
